The following statement sets out the terms for the Mark Bates Limited The Premier Club programme (hereinafter called “The Premier Club”). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities.
The Premier Club is open to customers holding active policies with Mark Bates Limited.
To be eligible for the scheme you need to be aged 18 years or over, reside in the UK and have an active email address.
The Premier Club scheme is for personal use only. There is no corporate or business use.
Please ensure that all fields are completed accurately at the time of registration. It is your responsibility to keep these personal details up to date, so please notify us immediately if your details need updating.
The Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. We will notify you via the email address you have provided and you will be bound by these new Terms and Conditions. All offers and reward providers are at the discretion of Mark Bates Limited and can be withdrawn at any time. Accounts can be terminated or suspended, if we believe you may be breaching these terms or displaying any fraudulent or suspicious activity.

Reward accounts may be merged at our discretion if we see that you hold two or more accounts.
