If you are employing a carer or PA you legally require Employers Liability Insurance. This is covered in all of our Home Employment insurance policies.
If your carer is self-employed (they pay their own tax and national insurance) you do not need the Employers Liability cover but may still wish to be covered for Public Liability. We also offer a Personal Care Assistant policy for self-employed carers.
There are no limits on the number of carers covered with the Home Employment Insurance policy.
